About us

The autonomous non-profit organization "Center for Assistance to Housing Construction of the Murmansk Region" was established in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Murmansk Region dated 30.06.2020 No. 466-PP and is a subordinate organization of the Ministry of Construction of the Murmansk Region.

The purpose of the activity of ANO "CSZHS MO" is to provide services to assist in ensuring the development of housing construction in the Murmansk region.

The main activities should be considered:
- development and support of investment projects, activities and programs aimed at the development of housing construction in the Murmansk region;
- development and implementation of various forms of attracting funds from organizations, citizens for housing construction financing and housing acquisition;
- collection and analysis of the needs of citizens of the Russian Federation living in the Murmansk region with housing, including within the framework of programs to promote the development of housing construction in the Murmansk region, etc.

We are currently implementing the following projects:
- integrated development of the territory of the residential districts "Hospital town" and "1 residential district";
- state support measures aimed at improving the living conditions of citizens;
- development of individual housing construction in the Murmansk region.
